Late Arrivals:

We highly advise you to check-in at least 45 minutes prior to departure and unfortunately, we are not held accountable for latecomers. In such circumstances, we have the right to release the flight as planned, except if we can reschedule the flight time without affecting the upcoming scheduled tours.

Cancellation Policy by Passengers:

  • A 100% refund will be granted in case the tour is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure
  • A 50% refund will be granted in case the tour is cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure
  • No refund will be granted for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure

Cancellation by Falcon Tours Services:

If the tour had to be cancelled due to weather conditions or technical problems, the customers will be notified through a phone call. A full refund can be granted, or a rescheduled booking can be arranged.

Refund Policy:

The refund process will require completing and signing a refund form that is accompanied with supporting documents. The refunded amount will reflect in the provided bank account within 7 working days.

Conditions of Carriage:

Falcon Tours Services reserves the right to offload any passenger or any item if it is suspected to be unsafe, or may be harmful to the aircraft, crew, or passengers.

Very Important:

Smoking, food and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights.


Passengers are insured in congruence with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorities regulations.


Depending on weather conditions, we operate daily around the year from 10 am to 5 pm from Atlantis The Palm Helipad.
