Prince Nair18/09/2023My flight was cancelled and postponed due to bad weather. On the next appointment, we were given a priority and we flew before our designated time. Huge thanks to Nirshad. He was very helpful and ensured that we don’t face any issues this time. He personally took us to the chopper and made sure that everything is comfortable. Employees like Nirshad makes the company great. After the flight, Nirshad ensured that our photos and videos are all properly placed. Overall a great experience to see half of Dubai in 17 minutes. Recommend to everyone.
Yvonne Frischmuth27/08/2023Wir haben den Flug aus Deutschland über eine Agentur gebucht. Am 25.08.2023 waren wir kurz vorm Start, dann musste wegen Sandsturm alles gechancelt werden. Da uns keiner sagen konnte, wie lange es dauert, bot man uns an, das Geld zurück zu bekommen oder einen anderen Tag zu wählen. Wir entschieden uns für den 27.08. und heute lief alles glatt. Schnelle Abwicklung und kurze Wartezeit - wir hatten das Glück, vorn sitzen zu dürfen. Der Pilot hat Infos zu Gebäuden gegeben. Die 15 Minuten vergingen - wie passend - wie im Flug. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Fotograf. Sehr hektisch und gute Bilder macht er auch nicht. Man muss sie nicht kaufen, das ist das Gute- wir haben aus ca. 50 Bildern, das einzige brauchbare rausgezogen und dafür fast 33€ bezahlt. Das ist in meinen Augen zu teuer, aber da es wohl ein einmaliges Erlebnis bleibt, macht man es eben. Falcon Heli Tours können wir sehr empfehlen, den Fotografen aber nicht so. Und im Sommer immer am Anfang des Urlaubes buchen, denn Sandsturm ist öfter und so hat man noch die Möglichkeit zu verschieben.
